Meet Ernesto and Ernesto Roman Jr.
Ernesto was an immigrant from Mexico. He started working odd jobs until he finally found a job as a Jeweler Apprentice. After working there for some time, he was introduced to the pawn shop business and he decided to give it a try. He soon worked his way up from employee to manager. Ernesto managed a store for over 12 years and saved up enough money for him to start his own pawn shop. Ernesto and his son Ernesto Roman Jr. have been running Pawn 360 since 2013.
Ernesto's family has supported him every step of the way. His oldest son manages the store and is also a part-owner. His daughter comes in after school and helps part-time with the store's day-to-day transactions as well as their online sales.
